| 摘 要： | 从人的生命活动的实际需要出发,分析了人的精神生命活动特点,并指出体育教学的实现就是基于人的生命活动。通过分析目前高校体育教学存在的弊端,提出了有利于人的精神生命活动的体育教学改革基本思路。

| Abstract: | This text sets out from the effective demand of the person's life activity,analyze the person's spiritual life activity characteristics,and point out it is life activity to base on the person that Physical Education teaching realizes.The current university and college in analysis Physical Education teaching that pass the irregularity exsits,putting forward the basic way of thinking of the athletics reform in education of the spiritual life activity of the in favour of person. |
