| 摘 要： | 金属-陶瓷封接过程中容易产生附加应力，并影响到产品工作性能。通过建立典型结构的力学模型，分析封接结构应力分布特征，从而提出改进金属-陶瓷封接产品在材料匹配、结构设计等过程中的一般原则。
