高校实验设备配置优化程度评价指标研究

优化配置高校的实验设备就是高校依据学科发展、人才培养、事业规划之需要,将部分资金用于购置教学科研急需的仪器设备,及时配置相应的资源,并使学校所有的仪器设备最大限度地被利用、充分有效地服务于教学科研的过程。文章应用优化资源配置的理念,用时效概念分析设备购置和利用,通过对现有评价指标的分析,优化当前的高校实验设备配置程度评价指标,以期实现设备优化配置及使用的经济性、提高资源使用效益。

Research on Evaluation Index for Optimization of Laboratory Equipment Allocation in Universities

The so-called optimal allocation of experimental instruments and equipment in colleges and universities is a process in which some financial resources are scientifically and reasonably transformed into urgently needed teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment according to the needs of personnel training,scientific research and the development of school undertakings,materials are added and allocated in time,and all instruments and equipment are brought into full play.This paper applies the concept of optimizing the allocation of resources and the influence of time utility on equipment addition and use.Through the analysis and summary of the existing evaluation indicators,it improves the evaluation indicators of optimizing the allocation of experimental equipment in colleges and universities in order to realize the economic allocation and use of equipment and improve the efficiency of resource use.
