| Abstract: | It is very important to construct a scientific and complete performance evaluation mechanism in colleges and universities to promote the discipline construction and talent cultivation in colleges and universities and improve the academic status of colleges and universities.This paper expounds the necessity of performance evaluation of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities,analyzes the main problems in the performance evaluation of scientific research institutions in universities,and discusses the performance evaluation strategies of scientific research institutions in universities,in order to provide some help to promote the orderly development of performance evaluation of scientific research institutions in universities. |
