| Abstract: | In this paper,the duty of head teacher,the ideological education,the cultivating students'innovation ability,the construction of study style,the attention on the junior students and graduate destination are discussed basing on the characteristics of civil engineering students in the universities.The study of this paper can provide some reference experiences for new teachers to do works of head teachers in colleges and universities. |
