| 摘 要： | 以全日制硕士专业学位研究生培养和实践基地建设为研究对象,运用战略管理理论,对影响兵器工程全日制硕士研究生培养和实践的内外部环境进行战略分析,厘清各要素之间关系,明确战略目标并形成关键战略主题,从战略上给出为保证研究生培养质量应如何建设实践基地平台的建议。

| Abstract: | In order to study the problem of the full-time master's professional degree postgraduate cultivating and practice training base construction,the strategic analysis has been carried out for the internal and external environment affecting the quality of the full-time master's degree postgraduate cultivation and practice in the major of Arms Engineering,using the theory of strategic management.The relationship between the elements each other is clarified.The strategic goal is acquired and the key strategic themes are found.The constructive conclusions can ensure the quality of the graduate education on the strategic level and guide how to establish the practice training platform. |
