| 摘 要： | 运用文献法等并结合教学工作实践，课题得出的结论是教学程序模式的具体内容安排，必须针对具体教材内容来制订，各"程序"之间衔接的合理和科学，是实施程序模式教学的关键；按其方法进行教学，能够循序渐进，触类旁通，对提高武术教学质量具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Based on literture studies and teaching experience. The results showed we must arrange a specific content for the procedure matrix to teach Wushu by ourself. These connecting points need be cooperative and scientific among these methods. If the teaching way should be put into the practice, students should make a great progress. |
