| 摘 要： | 唐朝科举取士中的举主连坐制度早在唐太宗时期已详细规定,此后唐朝历代帝王将其不断强化、细化.司法实践中少见该项制度的实施,表明其在实践中被搁置,基本成为具文.唐朝科举取士中的举主连坐制度立法技术较高,预防目的明显,但实践与制度背离.
