厦漳泉同城化进程中的教育合作与资源共享

摘    要:厦漳泉教育合作与资源共享受经济发达、地理相近、人文同脉、语言相通等因素的驱动,取得了一定的成效,但在利益分配机制的建立、共享平台的搭建、资源合理配置等方面存在着发展瓶颈.加强闽南文化的认同感,树立共享观念,明确政策导向,建立教育资源共享利益平衡运行机制,搭建交流合作与共享平台,可有效推动三地的教育合作与资源共享.

Abstract:Educational cooperation and resource sharing is going on well among Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Quanzhou for the similar economic power, location, cultural background and language they share. But development bottlenecks remain because of problems in the benefit allocation system, the sharing platform construction and resources distribution. Its progress can hope to be sped up through a raised sense of identity in Minnan culture, enhanced sense of sharing, clarified policies with it, balance mechanism, and platform for communication and sharing.
