| 摘 要： | 作为地方高校的延安大学,在长期办学过程中注重特色本科教育的探索与实践,形成了明确的特色办学定位,即为地方经济建设和社会发展培养高素质应用型人才的教学型大学;以重点学科建设为龙头,培育特色学科与专业;培养教育理念先进、师德高尚、学术功底扎实、教学过硬的特色鲜明的教师队伍;推行医学、教师教育专业＂精英式职业人才＂培养模式和应用型专业＂技能教育＂培养模式。延安大学在特色本科教育探索与实践方面取得的经验,对同类院校具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Yan＇an University has been paying more attention to the research on the creating of undergraduate education characteristics and its practice.Yan＇an University has its own clear as well as characteristic orientation,which is teaching university to train high quality applied talents for the local regions.Taking the key subject construction as the leading role,Yan＇an University has been cultivating characteristic key subjects and majors.The university has been keeping training characteristic teachers,which possess the advanced idea of education,high moral,solid academic foundation,and teaching skills.The university implements elite training model in medicine and normal majors and carries out skills education model in the applied majors.The experience of Yan＇an University sets an example for the similar universities. |
