福建省民办高校体育师资队伍现状研究

运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法等方法,对福建省民办高校体育师资建设的现状进行了分析研究.结果表明:体育教师数量不足;外聘教师多,稳定性差;学历结构、职称结构不合理;学校缺乏相应的师资培训和科研激励机制,教师科研能力差,并提出对策和建议.

Research on Current Situation of the P. E. Teachers in the Non-governmental Colleges and Universities in Fujian Province

Based on the document data,investigation and mathematical statistics,the paper analyzes the current situation of the P.E.teachers' building in the non-governmental colleges and universities in Fujian Province.The result indicates that the number of the P.E.teachers in the non-governmental colleges and universities is insufficient;the teachers hired from the other colleges and universities are oversized and unstable;the title structures and school record structures are unreasonable;the corresponding teachers training and the research incentive mechanism are in need;and the teachers' research capability is of weakness.In view of above problems,the paper brings forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
