城市近代化进程中的长沙都市文化

城市近代化是传统农业社会向近代工业社会转变的过程。长沙作为内陆城市，城市近代化的起步虽然晚于东南沿海各省和一些内陆城市，但在甲午中日战争的强烈刺激下，湖南由最保守的省份一变而为全国最有生气的省份，城市近代化的发展迅速兴起，呈现出后来居上的发展趋势。在城市近代化的影响之下，长沙都市文化也由保守趋向激进，呈现多样化的发展趋势，进一步推进了长沙近代化的发展进程，尽管其中也有激进和保守的文化较量，但总的发展是激进战胜保守，形成与城市近代化相向而行，互相推进的文化氛围，不断推动着城市社会走向进步。

Metropolis Culture of Changsha in the Course of City Modernization Advance

The modernization of a city is a change process from the traditional agriculture society to modern industrialization one. Changsha, as an inland city, modernization begins later. However, in the strong stimulation from the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895 Hunan province became the most vibrant one from the most conservation. Under the influence of the city modernization the metropolis culture of Changsha has advanced rapidly from the background of conservation tendency to diversification, thus it promoted the modernization of Changsha. Although there are some contests between the radicals and the conservators, the radical is always over the conservatives. It further urged the city society progress.
