| 摘 要： | 通过对高校体育教学内容存在的主要问题的分析，表明：教学内容与教学目标有一定的差距、教学内容以“达标化”为中心、缺少以“健康”为主的教学内容、教学内容突出“技术化”。并提出了高校体育教学内容的改革对策，以适应新世纪体育教学的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the main problems existing in the teaching content of physical education. They are as follows: 1)the disparity between the teaching content and teaching aims; 2) standarization is the center of teaching content; 3)teaching content is lack of healthy content; 4) technicalization is emphasized in teaching content. Meanwhile, it puts forward some reforming countermeasures for teaching content of physical education in colleges and universities adapted to the requirement in the new era. |
