摘    要:针对当前高职通信技术专业毕业生普遍存在实践动手能力不强、专业对口岗位适应能力差、就业竞争力不强的问题,根据《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出的深化复合型技术技能人才培养模式改革要求,借鉴发达国家职业模拟教育理念和学习国内外高水平职业院校的普遍做法,结合国家推行"l+X"专业能力证书制度的内涵要求和安徽机电职业技术学院通信技术专业实际,提出并实施"专业与行业结合、课程与技术结合、实践与企业结合"的人才培养模式。

Abstract:In view of the current problems of communication technology graduates in higher vocational colleges,such as weak practical abilities,poor adaptabilities to professional posts,and weak employment competitiveness,according to the requirement of deepening the reform of the training mode of compound technical talents proposed in the Implementation plan of national vocational education reform issued by our country,the talent training mode of“combination of specialty and industry,curriculum and technology,practice and enterprise”has been proposed and implemented in Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,based on the“occupation simulation”education concept of developed countries and the general practice of highlevel vocational colleges at home and abroad,considering the connotation requirements of the nationally general implementation of the“1+X”professional ability certificate system and the reality of communication technology major our college.
