中西方格斗技击特征对比研究

近代武术体育化最核心的问题是丧失了传统武术的技击特征。基于为武术发展“寻根”的目标，运用比较分析法对中西方格斗特征进行深入的对比研究。认为中西方格斗最大不同在于运动反应的生理基础的不同：西方格斗主要依赖视觉感受器，而中国传统格斗术除了视觉感受器，更强调触觉感受——反应的作用。以此为基础，东西方格斗在反应速度、时空特征、运动路线和运动方法等都存在显著差异，中国武术格斗体现的是道家文化特征。中国传统武术的技击特征的确立为中国武术技术的“创造性转化、创新性发展”提供理论基础。

Comparative Study of Characteristics of Chinese and Western Fighting Techniques

The core problem of modern Wushu's becoming competitive sports is that it has lost the traditional Wushu's fighting characteristics. In order to seek the root for the development of Wushu, this paper made a comparative study of the characteristics of the Chinese and Western fighting on the basis of consulting a large amount of literature. This study believed that the biggest difference between the Chinese and the Western combat lay in the differences in the physiological basis of motor response. Western combat mainly relied on visual receptors, while the traditional Chinese combat emphasized the role of tactile sensation reaction in addition to visual receptors. There were significant differences in reaction speed, space-time characteristics, sports routes and sports methods between the eastern and the western Wushu. The Chinese Wushu's fighting embodied the characteristics of Taoist culture. The establishment of the characteristics of the Chinese traditional Wushu provided a theoretical basis for the creative transformation and innovative development of the Chinese Wushu skills.
