| Abstract: | The building of the faculty is the important job for newly-established university.This paper discusses how to strengthen the building of the faculty and improve the operating mechanism of the teacher's level from four aspects.That is import and cultivation mechanism,competition and selection mechanisms,incentive and restrictive mechanisms and stability and flow mechanism. |
