| 摘 要： | 诉讼的目的在于保护当事人的合法权益，但由于对票据纠纷的认识不清，审判实践中，法官对有关票据纠纷的诉讼常因适用法律不当或者相关原因而作出有损于当事人合法权益的判决。本文对我国现行的票据诉讼制度进行了简单的分析，并以便捷和效益为原则，就票据诉讼特别程序的构架与程式作了初浅的探讨。

| Abstract: | In the litigation concerning bill dissension, the judge always brings in a judgment against lawful rights and interests of the litigant, on account of the equivocal understanding of bill dissension. The paper briefly analyzes the bill litigation system in China,and then attempts to construct bill litigation system following the two principles of convenience and efficiency. |
