| 摘 要： | 近年来,党中央、国务院对农民工问题愈益重视,引发了社会各界尤其是法学界对这一群体的关注和思考,笔者将着重从农民工医疗保障制度的缺失,如何构建农民工医疗保障制度的视野来研究和探讨中国农民工权益及保障这个问题。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the Sate Council paid more and more attention to migrant workers’ problems,which draws the public,especially the jurisprudential circle’s attention and contemplation to this special group.The author will mainly research and probe into migrant workers’ interests and rights and insurance from perspectives of the deficiency and construction of migrant workers’ medical insurance system. |
