| 摘 要： | 针对目前部分体育教师队伍中存在着稳定性差、学识水平偏低、教育观念陈旧和教学方法落后等与素质教育要求不相适应的现状 ,根据素质教育对体育教师提出的新要求 ,提出体育教师应具备高尚的师德、全新的教育观念、多元的知识结构、综合的教育能力和健康的人格等基本素质 ,并对这五个方面的素质进行了具体分析论述。
