| 摘 要： | 体育专业图书馆的建设对体育文化的积累与弘扬有着极为重要的现实意义;对于国民整体素质的提升、社会和谐氛围的营造有着重要的理论价值。试对我国体育专业图书馆的发展概况进行阐述,从文化表现力及其内在属性对体育专业图书馆进行系统分析,认为体育专业图书馆具有丰富图书馆服务体系建设、提高公众的社会文化生活、推动学术研究的开展、拓展各级各类教育体系等社会文化价值。

| Abstract: | The construction of library for physical education is of significance for the accumulation and promote of the sports culture,and a theoretical value in improving of people's overall quality and creating the social harmony as well.This paper describes the development of library and systematically analyzes the nature and the functions of library for physical education in improving the social and cultural life quality of the public and so on. |
