河南省参与商业体育俱乐部的女性现状调查

运用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析、访谈和问卷调查等研究方法,对河南省参与商业体育俱乐部的女性现状进行了研究,结果表明:到商业体育俱乐部参加锻炼的女性主要集中在21-40岁这一年龄层,且学历层次较高;女性参与商业体育俱乐部的首要动机是"健身",第2位上"调节心理,缓解压力",第3位是"减肥瘦身,改善体形";"工作太忙"是干扰女性到商业体育俱乐部健身的主要因素,"家务太重","惰性"也是干扰女性参与商业体育俱乐部的重要因素;工薪阶层是商业体育俱乐部的主要群体;参与商业体育俱乐部的女性中,参加健身健美操课程的人数最多,参加瑜伽课程的排在第2位,参加动力单车课程的人数排在第3位.

The Status Quo of Women Joining Commercial Sports Clubs in Henan Province

Adopting research methods such as documentation, statistics, logic analysis, interviews and surveys, the paper studies the current situation of women joining commercial sports clubs in Henan Province. Those women are mainly in the 21 -40 year - old age group, and of better academic background. Their primary motivation is to improve their health, the second is to adjust their mentality and to relieve the pressure, and the third is to lose weight and to improve bodily form. Meanwhile, busyness, heavy housework and inertia are the factors to keep more women away from joining commercial sports clubs. Wage - earners frequent the clubs ; and the generality of them go in for body - building exercise. The number of those practicing yoga ranks No. 2, and powered cycling ranks No. 3 on the list.
