师范院校校园文化建设的问题及其对策

师范院校校园文化具有教师教育性、人文性、继承性与创新性等特点，渗透在各级各类教师教育活动中，对全面提高师范生的综合素质有着重要意义。当前，师范院校校园文化建设存在诸多问题，主要缘于转型过程中的继承与发展之间矛盾，品牌意识缺乏，主体结构缺位，合力缺乏，重建设轻管理，功利性色彩渐浓等因素影响。只有加强校园文化建设的研究规划与队伍建设，树立校园文化全员共建意识和师范意识，优化校园文化管理及学术文化内涵，打造校园文化的师范品牌及特色，才能积极创建良好的师范校园文化．适应新时期对师范教育的新要求。

On Problems and Countermeasures of Campus Cultural Construction in Normal Colleges

Campus culture in Normal Colleges are characterized by education, humanity, tradition and innova- tion, infiltrating into all kinds of educational activities, which is of great significance to improve students comprehen- sive qualities. Currently, problems of campus culture come on the stage which are primarily due to contradictions be- tween inheritance and development in the transitional period, lacking brand awareness, main structure and synergy and so on. Only by strengthening the construction of campus culture and the overall planning, establishing full build of campus culture awareness and consciousness of teachers, optimizing management of campus culture and its academic culture, brand management and features of realization of campus culture innovation, can we create favorable campus culture in Normal College and adapt to new requirements for teacher education in the new stera.
