世界优秀皮划艇激流回旋运动员赛前准备活动模式研究

摘要：赛前准备活动不仅是项目特征的高度反映，同时也是运动员成功参赛的重要前提。在问卷调查和访谈的基础上，首先分析了皮划艇激流回旋项目的赛前准备中的认知活动和机能活动两个基本单元；进而，依据皮划艇激流回旋比赛的特点，区别了单轮赛次前准备活动序列结构和连续两轮赛次间准备活动序列结构。最后，根据跟踪调查的结果，梳理了世界优秀皮划艇激流回旋运动员的赛前准备活动模式。

Research of Pre-match Preparations Pattern of Excellent Canoe Slalom Athletes in the World

Abstract: Pre-match preparation is not only a high degree of reflection of the project characteristics, but also is an important prerequisite for successful competition of athletes. Based on questionnaires and interviews, firstly, the study analyzes two basic units about cognitive activity and functional activity before preparation of the Canoe slalom. And then, according to the characteristics of the canoe competition, it compares with difference between the sequence structure of the single-round tournament preparation activities before the structure of the sequence structure and the two race preparations. Finally, according to the results of follow-up survey, it combines the mode of excellent world canoe slalom athletes before to prepare patterns of pre-competition activity.
