大学生心理危机预防与干预中的转介策略研究

转介是大学生心理危机预防与干预中体系中的重要环节,但目前还存在着转介渠道不畅、把握时机欠缺、转介技巧不当等问题,从而影响了干预的效果。本文提出学校要建立转介＂绿色＂通道,教育者和心理咨询师应提高转介意识和能力、注意转介的方式方法、熟悉转介流程,顺利完成转介工作等策略,努力控制和减少大学生心理危机事件的发生。

Referral Strategies in College Students Psychological Crisis Prevention and Intervention

Referrals are an important part of the prevention and intervention of university student psychological crisis. However, problems such as inadequate referral channels, bad timing, and inappropriate referral techniques have had a negative impact on the effectiveness of interventions. This paper proposes a series of strategies aimed at better control and reduction of psychological crises of university students. These strategies include launching green express services, raising awareness of referrals among educators and psychological consultants, building their referral capacities, employing appropriate referral methods and techniques, and familiarizing with referral procedures.
