贵州旅游翻译：问题与对策

贵州旅游翻译现状与旅游业的快速发展及不相符。存在的问题主要有：翻译态度有待改善,翻译外宣资料的范围较窄,翻译不规范等。可以从以下几方面解决这些问题：1）提高旅游翻译重要性的认识;2）延伸旅游翻译的范围,建立专门的贵州旅游英文网站;3）旅游翻译力求做到规范;4）加大贵州旅游翻译研究的力度。

Tourism Translation in Guizhou:Problems and Solutions

Tourism translation in Guizhou is far from meeting the demands of the quick development of the industry.This paper discusses some major problems plaguing tourism translation practice in Guizhou including inadequate understanding of translation,limitation to text genres translated,and failure to conform to conventions.Accordingly these solutions to the problems are suggested：1）raising awareness of the importance of Guizhou tourism translation,2）encouraging the translation of more text genres and launching an English website about tourism in Guizhou,3）standardizing translation,and 4）encouraging more research into Guizhou tourism translation.
