| 摘 要： | 高校教师岗前培训是高等教育发展与改革的需要;是适应高校教师职业活动的需要;是加强高校青年教师队伍建设的需要.通过提高认识、明确目标、建立科学的岗前培训管理制度、构建行之有效的培训模式等措施来更好地完成岗前培训工作,是全面提高教师整体素质的必要途径.

| Abstract: | The subject of job-specific training of college teachers before their taking up new posts are those staff who are added to the colleges for education post or other posts.Undergoing job-specfic training is the need of the development and reform of tertiary education,the need of college teachers' adaptation to their vocational activities and the need of enhancing the construction of young teaching staff in colleges.It is a necessary method to improve the quality of college teachers completely by raising understanding,making clear the target,constructing scientific system of managing job-specific training and constructing effective training paradigm to perfect the job-specific training. |
