| 摘 要： | 传统教育重知识传授 ,培养的是掌握专业技能的“工具” ,应试教育连“工具”都不能生产 ,只能生产打上合格与不合格标签的“产品” ,这些产品甚至没有使用价值。素质教育首先是“人”的教育 ,而非培养“工具”的教育 ,教育的目的是“人格”而不是“人力”。创新教育是素质教育的必然要求和核心。搞素质教育一要转变观念 ,二要改革体制。

| Abstract: | The aim of traditional education is to pass on knowledge, to train students to master the 'tool' of professional skills whereas education for entrance examination can't even produce such a 'tool', instead it makes 'products' labelled "qualified" or not, which is of little use. The quality education is one of personality, not of labor, which stresses the human aspect rather than 'tool' aspect. Innovative education is the necessity and core of quality education, so the key to quality education includes firstly, a change of views, and secondly, systematic reform. |
