欠发达地区应用型技术管理人才培养模式探索

 技术上的差距、管理上的鸿沟已越来越成为欠发达地区最需优先跨越的领域，而培养应用型技术管理人才是弥补差距的最重要方面。但一般而言，该类地区对人才的自主吸引力较差。故欠发达地区技术管理人才的培养还主要依托当地的高校，通过学科交叉合作、设置MBA方向、专门专业实行纵向分流分别培养等模式，从培养方案、培养形式、课程设置等方面逐一展开改革，以形成培养应用型技术管理人才的新模式，促进当地的技术创新与发展。
