国际研发合作模式选择的主导权掌控机制研究

在纵向产品差异框架内利用博弈论方法分析了处于不同技术梯度区国家间的技术研发合作模式选择主导权归属问题。研究结果表明,处于技术资源劣势的合作厂商拥有一定水平的自主研发能力,有助于其掌握研发合作模式选择的主导权,进而增进双方的合作深度。

Control Mechanism Research of Dominant Right in International R&D Cooperation Mode Selection

This paper makes using of game theory to study the mode of R&D cooperation between developed and developing countries and its effect on the depth of cooperation in two casesin the framework of vertical product differentiation.The result shows that a certain level of R & D capabilities possessed by host country firm helps its master the initiative of the R & D cooperation model selection,and thus increases the opportunity to learn the multinational firm′s latest core technology.
