| 摘 要： | 普通高校与高职院校在办学定位上的差异性决定了普通高校与高职院校间人才培养模式的差异性,然而应用型普通高校与高职院校服务社会职能的类似性决定了二者之间在应用型人才培养模式上的可借鉴性。比较而言,二者在课程设置、实践教学要求及在与企业合作培养过程中的主体地位上均存在较大的差别。

| Abstract: | There are differences in the aspect of personnel training mode between general universities and higher vocational col- leges, which is decided upon the localization of running a university between these two kinds of institutions of higher education. But the similarity of their serving the society also shows this possibility that they can refer to each other＇s personnel training modes. Comparatively speaking, there are larger differences existed in both of them, such as courses arrangement, practical teaching requirements and the subject positions in the course of co-operation with the enterprises. |
