21世纪高校体育教师终身教育体系的构建

为了构建新世纪高校体育教师的终身教育体系，采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法，以终身教育理念为指导，以建立终身教育体系为出发点，概括分析了当前我国高校体育教师终身教育体系建立的必要性，在此基础上对新时期我国高校体育教师终身教育体系进行了建构，并提出了构建中应注意：转变思想、更新观念；终身教育法的建立；把握住终身教育体系“三化”一体的灵魂以及经费等几方面的问题。

The Construction of a Lifelong Education System for University PE Teachers of the 21 st Century

Based on documentary, logical analyses and statistics, this paper analyzes and summarizes the necessity of establishing a lifelong education system for university teachers of PE in the light of the lifelong - education concept, a basic point of consideration. The authors conceive the idea of establishing such a system for PE teachers in the new historical period, and suggest changing notions, making innovations in our thinking, enacting the law, catching the spirit of the system, and increasing funding for education.
