| 摘 要： | 体育欣赏不仅是体育审美活动的主要形态之一,也是当代大学生综合素质教育培养的重要内容。通过阐述体育欣赏能力的内容、特点,提出了体育欣赏能力的培养方法,为进一步提高大学生体育欣赏水平,激发大学生参与体育活动以及养成锻炼身体的习惯奠定基础。

| Abstract: | With the social development,physical appreciation is not only one of the main terms of physical appreciation activity but also the important content of all-around quality education and cultivation of modern undergraduates.A method for cultivating the ability of physical appreciation is given in this article by expounding the contents and the characteristics of physical appreciation ability so as to further improve undergraduates' level of physical appreciation and inspire undergraduates to participate in physical exercises and form the good habit of taking exercise. |
