| 摘 要： | 采用查阅文献和走访调查等研究方法,对高校体育教学资源合理开发和利用及高水平竞技运动人才的培养体制进行探讨,认为:竞技运动人才的培养与高校体育教学资源需有机的结合,协调发展,资源共享,充分发挥体教结合的优势,能为我国体育事业开辟新的机遇,也是我国今后培养高水平竞技运动人才的必经之路。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of looking up reference documents and visiting or investigating,this paper studied the rational exploitation of college sports teaching resources and the cultivating system of training for high level competitive sports players,and found that the combining,coordinating and resource sharing of this two parts,which provided new challenges for our sports,is the only way which our athletes must pass. |
