力学原理引导排球扣球技术教学的实验研究

摘    要:在排球传统教学方法基础上,运用力学原理引导扣球技术教学,并对此进行干预性实验研究。结果表明:运用力学原理引导扣球技术教学,能使学生深刻理解技术动作内涵,能在不同击球高度、远度上有效控制击球力量,激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学质量和教学效果。

Abstract:On the basis of traditional teaching approaches, this paper is an experimental study of volleyball spike techniques training with the aid of mechanical principles. The result shows that: with the guidance of the mechanical principles, volleyball spike technology movement connotation can be understood, spike power can be effectively controlled at different heights and distances, learning interest can be stimulated, the quality of teaching can be improved, and the effectiveness of teaching can be optimized.
