| 摘 要： | 高校实验室管理是高校建设和发展至关重要的环节，针对高校化学实验室管理中存在的一些问题，提出了对化学实验室管理和队伍建设的对策：以注重培养人才为根本，在实践中不断探索和完善实验室管理，主要对药品、设备和人员管理。加强人才队伍建设，在实验工作中调动实验技术人员的积极性，充分发挥实验室的作用，满足创新教育的需要，为实验教学和科研服务。

| Abstract: | The management of laboratories is one of the most important parts in college building and development.Analyzing problems of laboratory management in the constructing of administrate stuff,and providing some advices on management: On the basis of cultivating talent,exploring and improving the management.Inspiring the experiment stuff,making full use of the Laboratory,satisfying the need of innovative education,servicing experiment teaching and scientific researches are vital necessary. |
