摘 要: | 感性与理性的结合是人的根本特性,也是人力资源管理区别于非人力资源管理的根本特性,因此构建制度管理与人性管理的辩证的人力资源管理系统,既顺乎管理的科学性,也符合实践操作要求。

Abstract: | The combination of perception and rationality is the basic feature of humans, which is also the fundamental trait distinguishing human resources management from non-human resources management. As such, the establishment of the dialectical human resources management system for institution administration and humane management is in conformity with both the scientificality of management and the requirement of practice. |
