摘    要:任何企业组织在当今的市场竞争环境中想要存活下来必须依靠成功的项目。论文结合适应性研发项目管理的特点,对项目管理"钻石方法"进行了改进和创新。在原有四大支柱方法模型基础上增加了一个新的维度--研发产品生命力,构建了"五大支柱"新型钻石方法。通过对研发项目的案例研究,证实了新方法对提高研发项目团队效益的有效性。

Abstract:Today any enterprise which wants to survive in the fierce market competition must rely on successful projects. In combination with the characteristics of the R&D project management, this paper improves the "Diamond Mode" of the project management, and constructs a new method with "Five Pillars" by adding a new dimension, the vitality of the R&D product, to the original four pillars method model. By means of a case study of the R&D projects, the paper confirms the effectiveness of the new method to improve the performance of the R&D project teams.
