碳关税影响国际贸易的研究述评

从碳关税的实质出发,在探讨了其合法性的基础上,重点就国际贸易中碳排放量的测算、碳关税对国际贸易的影响及其应对策略等方面,对碳关税影响国际贸易的相关文献进行了回顾。研究发现,实施碳关税实质上是＂以保护环境之名,行贸易壁垒之实＂;尽管国外学者尚未对碳关税合法与否给出明确的回答,但国内学者普遍认为,推行碳关税缺乏合理而又合法的依据;现有的文献在研究框架、研究方法、研究对象等方面存在一定的不足;未来进一步的研究方向是：强化理论分析、创新研究方法、拓宽研究范围。

Literature Review of Research on Carbon Tariff Impacting International Trade
