| 摘 要： | 随着高校《班主任工作条例》的制定,班主任工作制度化建设日益走上正轨,高校班主任工作面临新的机遇和挑战。本文从我国高校班主任工作普遍现状入手,探讨并确认班主任工作中的瓶颈,明确新时期对高校班主任提出的新要求,并进一步定位高校班主任的多重角色。

| Abstract: | With the stipulation of The Working Rules of Class - advisers, the construction of the working system of class - advisers is on the right track, and the class - advisers in universities are facing new challenges and opportunities.Proceeding from the of the work of university class - advisers, this paper attempts to explore and identify the bottleneck in their work, clarify the new requirements on them in the new historical period, and in turn, determine the multiple roles played by class - advisers in universities. |
