With the development of the human society and the alteration of the war forms,the connotation of"the frontier"constantly keeps changing."The frontier"has not been restricted to the framework definition ,traditionally"the territorially dividing line",but has been extended into fields of all kinds.Its connotational extensions ,such as the information frontier ,the economy frontier ,the culture frontier ,interest frontier ,have come into being in the face of various of "the frontier ",we should take effective strategies.
