对新形势下高校“公体课”教学改革的探讨

根据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的新思路和教学实践，从高校公体课教学改革的现状入手，分析在对新形式下教学改革发展的基本趋势：高校公共体育在课程目标、教学内容、教学组织形式上缺乏个性和层次上的递进关系，与学生主体意愿存在差距，使得高校公共体育教学面临着巨大的挑战和危机。只有确立高校公共体育个性的课程目标，选择符合大学生主体要求的教学内容和组织形式，建立一支“专业化”的高校体育教师队伍，才能展现体育教学的活力。

Discussed on Sports Learning and Teaching Reform in Universities in New Situation

According to the new method and the teaching practice of ＂Outline＂ , through an analysis of the status quo of sports learning and teaching reform in universities ,this article makes a study into the basic developing tendency of learning and teaching reform. Since the universities sports education is short of individuality and progressive relation in the curriculum goal, the content, and the teaching organizing form, the universities sports teaching is facing the huge challenge and crisis. Therefore, through setting a curriculum goal in the universities sports individuality, and selecting teaching content and the organizing form in accordance with the requirements of the students themselves, this article aims to set up a group of high specialized university sports teachers , so as to display the vigor of the sports teaching.
