新旧《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的比较与分析

运用文献资料法、对比分析法、逻辑推理法、专家访谈法等，对新旧《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的主要内容进行比较，并对实施新《纲要》存在的有关问题进行分析，为进一步贯彻执行新《纲要》提供参考。主要建议：新《纲要》是在旧《纲要》基础上的继承与发扬，不是全盘否定。观念更新是课程改革的先导，实施新《纲要》首先需要更新思想观念。新《纲要》仍然存在指导原则性强，可操作性弱的问题，个别地方还存在空白和盲点，有待于进一步完善：

A Analytical Comparati on between the New and the Old Version of "Compendium of Teaching Instruction of Physical Education Curriculum for National Colleges and Universities"

By using the based on document study and logic approaches and call on specialist and contrast the present with the past,the paper compares the new and the old version of the Compendium of Teaching Instruction of Physical Education Curriculum for National Colleges and Universities which was issued by National Department of Education, and then analyses several problems existed in order to go a step further that implement and provide reference basis for the new version of the compendium. To principal proposal: The new version of the compendium is in need of carrying forward the good traditions and makeing improvements on what has already been achieved, and not to do adopt an attitude of negating everything; Strengthen one's sense of responsibility to the transform is the precursor of what is physical education curriculum; The rule and regulation of the new version of the compendium is being perfected further.
