| Abstract: | With the productivity level increasing, people are paying more and more attention to the huge potentialities in the logistics system. Logistics is an important construction to modern enterprise. A study and an analysis on the production process and the logistics conditions of an enterprise are conducted. With minimum load as its aim and utilizing the theory and method of enterprise logistics system analysis, facilities and logistics of the enterprise can be redesigned to make its logistics more reasonable and effective, thus improving work efficiency. |
