| 摘 要： | 如果说武术是中华民族在长期生活与斗争实践中逐步积累和发展起来的一项宝贵文化遗产，那么太极拳则是武术文化遗产中的一颗璀璨的明珠。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法对太极拳渊源与发展进行了有益的思考，旨在能更好地继承与发展太极拳。最终为人类的健康与文明服务。

| Abstract: | If Wushu is gracious cultural heritage, which the Chinese accumulated gradually in the long life and practice, Taijiquan is a bright pearl in the cultural heritage of Wushu In order to inherit and develop Taijiquan better and to serve human heath and civilization finally, the author presents beneficial meditation to its origin and its development by documents and logical analysis. |
