从大教育视角探析江苏省竞技体育后备人才“体教融合”培养理念

我国教育的目的是培养全面发展的人，为此必须实施包括德、智、体、美、劳在内的综合全面发展的教育，这也是实现教育目的的基本保证。由此可见，体育和教育本身就是一体的。当前，体育与教育出现了明显的脱节现象，“体教结合”问题应运而生，但仅从体育与教育的逻辑关系看“体教结合”本身是不符合逻辑的。如何在大教育内涵下有效整合体育部门与教育部门资源成了当前的热点问题，“体教融合”应该是一条理论与实践并行的有效途径。“体教融合”理念的逐步形成与实施，将会为江苏省培养全面发展的高素质竞技体育人才打下坚实的基础。

The confluence concept gradually formed and implemented, will for the Jiangsu province to cultivate all - round development of the high - quality talents of competitive sports and lay a solid foundation.
