| 摘 要： | 2008年全球性的金融危机重创世界各国。本文针对福建民营企业所存在的经营风险,建立经营风险模型,分析民营企业存在经营风险程度、主要的影响因素,并提出相应的对策,以为福建民营企业及政府相关管理部门决策提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In 2008 the global financial crisis devastated the countries all over the world.In this paper I establish management risk model on private enterprises business risks in fujian,analysis private enterprise business risk degree and the major influence factors,and in view of the main factors,put forward the corresponding countermeasures as reference for private enterprise and relevant management department of government. |
