运动性低血睾酮与血清皮质醇(酮)、睾丸11β-HSD mRNA水平及其中药干预的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨运动性低血睾酮与血清皮质醇(酮)水平之间的关系,以及益气补肾中药对二者是否具有干预作用。方法:50只Wistar大鼠随机分为安静对照组(n=10)、安静服药组(n=10)、训练组(n=15)和训练服药组(n=15)。经6周递增负荷游泳训练后,使用放免法和酶免法分别测定大鼠血清睾酮和皮质酮水平;利用RT-PCR方法检测大鼠睾丸11β-HSDmRNA的表达水平。结果:(1)训练组大鼠血清睾酮水平显著降低,而训练服药组大鼠的血清睾酮水平则未降低;(2)各组之间的血清皮质酮浓度和11β-HSDmRNA的表达水平没有显著性差异。结论:(1)研究结果提示,长期耐力训练后造成大鼠的血清睾酮水平下降,而训练后糖皮质激素-皮质酮没有升高现象,同时睾丸11β-HSDmRNA的表达亦没有变化,提示运动性低血睾酮可能与皮质酮和11β-HSD之间的相互调节无关;(2)益气补肾中药对大鼠长时间运动后的低血睾酮有干预作用,但对血清睾酮皮质酮和11β-HSDmRNA的表达均没有效应,说明该中药在此方面没有调节作用。
