| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法,对陇东学院大学生课外体育活动的现状进行了分析和探讨,剖析了影响大学生参加课外体育活动的因素,指出了存在的问题与不足,并提出了今后开展课外体育活动的对策,为今后体育教学改革的深入开展提供了经验借鉴和理论依据。
