| 摘 要： | 据2009年中国教育部调查数据显示，我国高校档案管理工作普遍存在‘重藏轻用’的现状，这大大影响了高校档案信息资源的利用价值。本文笔者通过最新的具体数据指出了高校档案管理与服务工作所面临的问题，分析了问题的主要原因，并提出了针对性的解决措施，同时结合档案管理服务的工作经验提出了增强高校档案利用率的一些看法。

| Abstract: | According to the survey data from the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2009, most chlnese um- versities and colleges enhance the importance of archives storage, but ignore the significance of archives usage. Thus, the value of archives in universities and colleges was decreased. This article pointed out the problems that the archives management and usage in universities and colleges face today and analyzes the reasons. Combined with work experiences, the author proposes some opinions on how to increase the utilization of archives in universities and colleges. |
