基于职业特色的高职校园文化建设研究

通过对高职校园文化内涵的研究,分析了建设高职校园文化的必要性,并阐述了高职特色校园文化建设应从精神文化、制度文化、行为文化、物质文化四个方面入手。在此基础上提出了促进高职校园文化建设的主要途径:突出具有高职特色的人才培养目标;体现高职特色的教学环境建设;管理制度体现高职特色;将校园文化与企业文化有效对接;精心打造高职学校精神。

Study of Constructing Higher Vocational Campus Culture Based on Vocational Features

Through the study of higher vocational campus culture connotation, it analyses the necessity of constructing higher vocational campus culture, and expounds the construction should start from spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture, and material culture four aspects. On this basis it puts forward the main ways to promote higher vocational campus culture construction： highlighting the talents cultivation targets with higher vocational characteristic; the teaching environment construction with higher vocational characteristics; management system reflecting the characteristics; connecting the campus culture and enterprise culture; establishing higher vocational school spirit.
